Project Objective

The project objective is to develop a multimedia training resource for mid-career entrepreneurs in order to enhance their entrepreneurial performance in the fields of innovation and technology. 

The project addresses the need to provide information and training for mid-career entrepreneurs on the business planning support needs for the creation of innovative, technology-based SMEs.  In turn, it addresses the broader need to improve areas of ‘Entrepreneurship and competitiveness by facilitating the exchange of information and good practice.

  • A training and information CD ROM and webpage 

  • A tool, Virtual Competence Centre, for competence assessment and personal characteristics by assessing each individual user’s personal and professional needs and development

  •  A directory of best practice and best practice case studies

  •  A European Network Database

A platform for the exchange of information (Knowledge Exchange) between entrepreneurs in Europe.
